Apartment

This stylish apartment in the very heart of the city is intended to provide a feeling of a luxurious New York hotel suite. The key idea was to merge the spaces in the apartment to create a whole new layout and fill it with a selection of various rich natural materials. The diverse material and color palettes played essential role in creating the unique atmosphere of the place.

We separated public and private parts by painting the corridor, leading to the bedrooms (one of which has an open shower!), in deep black color to give it even more privacy and seclusion from public areas of the apartment. This contrast made the living space stand out and seem even more spacious. The dark graphite kitchen with its adjoining slatted wall supports the main idea of a hide-and-seek game.
